<p>You discover the possibilities that exist for making money online, you buy a number of products and then you put some of your ideas into action. You have that wonderful feeling of complete excitement and knowing that you have stumbled upon something very special indeed. Then, inevitably things don’t work out quite as well as you’d hoped and you discover that running an online business day to day requires a great deal of hard work.</p>
<p>Everyone reaches a point where they feel like trying to make money online is a waste of time but if you want to succeed then you need to make a real commitment to it and ensure you stay motivated over the long term.<br />
<strong>“How can I ensure I stay motivated about my online business?”</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.Look at your past successes</strong><br />
If you’re feeling a little down about things then take a look and think about your past successes. Not only is it good to reflect on them in terms of feeling positive and getting yourself re-motivated but it’s also a great way to see what has really made you money in the past. What was it that worked that you can replicate again?</p>
<p><strong>2.Take a break and get your enthusiasm back</strong><br />
Everyone needs a little time out. It’s easy to think that you can devote every waking hour to making yourself a success but the reality is that you have to be realistic. Yes you need to work hard but overworking yourself isn’t going to do you or your business any good whatsoever. Take a break and you’ll be amazed at the ideas that come to you when you’re not bogged down with stuff and the energized feeling you will get afterwards.</p>
<p><strong>3.Talk to other marketers</strong><br />
Sharing your ideas and experiences with others is a great way to ensure you stay motivated. The successes of others can really give you belief and confidence.</p>
<p><strong>4.Remember your dream</strong><br />
What is it that you’re aiming for? What’s your ideal lifestyle that you perhaps want your online business to help you create? I know it sounds incredibly cheesy but by simply thinking about your dream and picturing yourself in that situation it can really help you to stay motivated.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Whether you are writing an article, a blog post, a sales page or an eBook, being able to write well is a good skill to have if you’re an internet marketer. Obviously each type of content will require a different writing style. So how do you approach writing for intenet marketers and ensure you hit the mark with your content? Here are five short tips and questions you should answer which will lead to better writing.</p>
<h1>1.Be clear about the purpose of your text.</h1>
<p>What is it your piece is supposed to do? How will you deliver the content &#8211; on your blog, as a autoresponder series, as a eBook, etc? Are you writing copy to sell a product – if so, your salespage will need a call to action. Are you writing it to entertain or inform, to build your reputation? It could of course be all these. Whatever content you intend to produce and distribute, it is vital that you are clear about why you are making the content and what you want it to achieve. Think carefully about what you are trying to do.</p>
<h2>2.Who will be reading the content you intend to distribute?</h2>
<p>Who is your audience and what is their relationship with you? Do they know you (e.g. you are writing an email to your subscribers) or do they not have a clue who you are? Depending upon which, the way you set up your text must be different. Readers who &#8220;know&#8221; you will be expecting a more personal angle than those who meet you by chance. Also consider what relationship does your expected reader have with the topic?</p>
<p><strong>3.Realx, and write as you speak</strong><br />
It is usually best to avoid technical jargon that people might not understand and write in a fluent style that says things in the clearest way possible. Unless your grammar is terrible, writing as you speak lends a personal touch to your content which tends to raise conversions. If you are too formal, most people will go elsewhere since they find it difficult to identify with the text.<br />
 Establishing a personal connection is especially important within Internet Marketing.</p>
<p><strong>4.Show your personality but don´t overdo it.</strong><br />
Nobody likes reading stuff that is boring, so inject a bit of your personality in there. Include examples, anecdotes and personal experiences to liven things up.</p>
<p><strong>5.Keep your paragraphs short and use plenty of subheadings</strong><br />
People are discouraged from reading masses of text, so keep your paragraphs short to make your piece easy on the eye. Use subheadings so people can quickly find the information they want and make use of bullet points or numbered lists to draw attention to key points. </p>

It can be hard to get clients in the beginning, and the temptation to slack when you are working from home is great, but give it some time to build relationships with clients and prospects and freelancing from home can offer a very rewarding career. </p>
<p>Here are some tips for getting started:</p>
<p><strong>1. Start off cheap</strong><br />
A great way to start as a freelancer is to offer your services at a very low price (or even for free) in order to encourage clients to give you a try. Remember that at the start you will have little or no experience and people have no way of knowing about the quality of work you produce. Encourage people to try your services and then build up a database of potential clients plus a portfolio of your previous work.</p>
<p><strong>2. Build up a portfolio and list of customer testimonials</strong><br />
If you can show clients examples of your previous work and the comments that your clients gave then you stand a good chance of winning work. Get into the habit of asking for a testimonial from every client you work with.</p>
<p><strong>3. Deliver the right stuff, on-time</strong><br />
The most important thing as a freelancer is the relationship you have with your clients. Get it right and they will come back to you again and again, so make sure you deliver everything they ask for and that you do it all on time. </p>

<h1>1.What did your subscribers originally signe up for?</h1>
<p>It can be a good idea to make your early autoresponder messages super relevant to the free offer you had on your squeeze page. If people opted in to your list to get hold of a free product about Twitter then you know that your subscribers are interested in Twitter (or they wouldn’t be on your list) so sell them products about Twitter and give them advice on using Twitter well.</p>
<h2>2.Email marketing code of conduct: respect your subscribers interests</h2>
<p>Once you’ve built a list it’s easy to just sell, sell, sell, but what you really must do is provide true value to your subscribers. Before you add a new paid product to your autoresponder sequence or send a broadcast email promoting the latest thing, ask yourself if your subscribers will truly benefit from the product if they buy it from you.</p>
<p><strong>3.Think about timing</strong><br />
Take the time to test out the best way to space your messages. Do you subscribers respond better if you email them once a week, twice a week, twice a month, etc? Try starting your sequence quite intensively and then space out your messages a little more as time goes on.</p>
<p><strong>4.Become a trusted advisor</strong><br />
The last thing you want to appear is a salesman. Instead you want to become a trusted advisor to your subscribers, so talk to them as you would a friend and present the fact that you are recommending products that you think they will benefit from, not selling to them.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Take a look around the internet and you’ll find some very good websites and some very bad ones. If you want your site to perform well then you need to avoid the four common problems with websites which I have outlined below. These of course are not the only problems but they are some of the main things which stop your website from being successful and getting the traffic you expect.</p>
<h1>1.No on-site call to action or confused call to action</h1>
<p>What is the purpose of the webpage? Do you want to capture the visitors email address or do you want them to buy a product? A visitor viewing your page must be able to see exactly what you want them to do. If they are not sure they certainly aren’t going to spend any time deciding. Your call to action must be very clear.</p>
<h2>2.Too much content and too many website distractions</h2>
<p>Some web pages are a maze of links, banners, adverts for differing products, feeds, text, images… My advice is to keep your web pages simple and clear. Too many distractions can leave the viewer confused and not knowing how to access the information they want. This also relates back to the point above – don’t distract from your call to action.</p>
<p><strong>3.Too much text</strong><br />
Busy lifestyles dictate that people simply don’t have the time to read lengthy text. Get to the point and keep paragraphs short and spaced out. Use bullet points to show the key information and don’t try to cram everything on a single page.  </p>
<p><strong>4.A lack of credibility</strong><br />
People are wary of being scammed and may not trust you if they don’t know much about you or your business. Boost your credibility by including trust logos or accreditations. Also display a privacy policy and provide a clear contact address. It is also worth considering using testimonials. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the fast ways to <strong>create a unique digital product</strong> is by interviews. The interview itself is the product. The product you create can either be sold or given away which is a simple seo method for generating traffic and credibility. I’m a huge fan of creating products this way. If you’re stuck for ideas or just don’t have the time, money or will to create a product completely from scratch then doing an interview with somebody and then packaging it up as a product to sell is a quick and easy way of creating something you can call your own.</p>
<p>The first step is to find someone to interview. You want someone who is experienced or an ‘expert’ on the subject you want to create a product on. If nobody immediately springs to mind try approaching blog owners or post a message on a forum explaining you want to interview somebody for a product. The key here is to make it irresistible for the other person so that they can’t possibly say ‘no.’ How? Tell them that they will get their name splashed all across the product and that they can include plenty of links or an advert within the product you create. This should get their attention and in most cases people will be flattered that you want to interview them.</p>
<p>Once you have found someone you then need to arrange a time to do the interview and sort out some way of conducting it. One of the best ways is to do it over a Skype chat. Grab one of the pieces of software which will record Skype calls and you’re good to go.</p>
<p>Next you need to compile a list of questions. This can be quite rough and you’ll probably find you’ll develop them or ask new ones as the call goes on. Send over your list of questions or subject area over to your interviewee before the call so that they have a little time to prepare.</p>
<p>Once you have recorded your interview you can then get it transcribed. Do this and you’ll not only have an audio product but a report or eBook which you can then package up with the product or offer as a bonus. </p>

<p><strong>Make sure your story is interesting and newsworthy</strong></p>
<p>If you want your press release to spread around the internet then make sure your story is something people will be interested in – don’t make it a blatant advertising ploy.</p>
<p><strong>Include the key information in the opening paragraph</strong></p>
<p>If you don’t grab the readers attention in the opening paragraph then the chances are they won’t bother reading any further. Include as much information about the story – who, what, when, where, why – in the opening paragraph.</p>
<p><strong>Only use one keyword per press release</strong></p>
<p>This will mean that your press release is focussed and targeted to a specific keyword that people will type in to search and find out about you.  If you want to target a number of keywords, then write one press release for each keyword.</p>
<p><strong>Your keyword must appear in the title</strong></p>
<p>This rule must always be followed as it is a vital part of SEO.  If your keyword does not appear in the title then it will be difficult for people to find your release.  When your keyword appears in the title, it stands a good chance of getting ranked on other search engines as well.</p>
<p><strong>Put your keyword in the first and last paragraphs</strong></p>
<p>This is another SEO tip, as search engines put a lot of weight on a keyword if it&#8217;s mentioned in the extract, introduction and last paragraph.  Also try to make sure that there is a keyword density of about 3 to 5%.  You can use the free software found at <a href="http://www.dupefreepro.com" rel="nofollow">Dupefree</a> to check your density.</p>
<p><strong>Always have a call to action in your press release</strong></p>
<p>Make sure that you have a call to action in your press release, as this is part of the dual purpose of a press release – to get backlinks and just as importantly visitors.</p>

Here’s how to write better articles:</p>
<p><strong>Content is King</strong><br />
The backbone of any article is the content. You can be a brilliant writer but if your content is poor then it won’t be a good article! The key to good content creation is to really know your subject. Invest time researching the area online and gather up as much information as you can. Read forums and blogs, look at the questions people are asking and really find out the hot topics. Next go through everything you have researched and pick out the key points. Create a fresh document in your word processor and then list the points on the page. That’s a great starting point for your article – just expand on each point.</p>
<p><strong>Write a Great Title</strong><br />
Half the battle with article marketing is actually getting people to read your article. You need a great title to draw people in. Study other peoples articles. Which ones attract your attention? Write down several ideas and choose your favourite.</p>
<p><strong>Content Writing Tips</strong><br />
Your articles not only need to be informative and interesting but also easy to read too.  Avoid making your articles too complicated. Write as you speak, and introduce anecdotes or personal insights if you can. Pick out the key points and put them in as headers (like I have done in this article.) This breaks up the content and makes your articles much easier to read. People are put off by large blocks of text.</p>
